GM Säkerhet: web app for schedules and incidents

Context

GM Säkerhet provides security staffing. Schedules and incident reporting lived in separate flows, which made it hard to see who was on duty and what had happened during a shift.

Task

Give the security team one shared tool for schedules and incidents, usable in the field and at the office.

What we did

We started by separating facts about the current way of working, assumptions about what would simplify the day-to-day, and the decisions that had to be made before development began. From that, a first delivery was scoped around scheduling and incident reporting.
