When standard products are not enough, we build a focused web application around the most important users and workflows.

Short answer: Custom software is justified when an important workflow is poorly served by existing products and when the long-term benefit can support development, operations and maintenance costs.
Who is this for?
It suits organisations that need internal tools, customer portals, booking flows, reporting or integrations closely tied to their operation. If a standard product meets the core need with reasonable configuration, we normally recommend that option.
What is included?
- Definition of goals, users and critical flows.
- Information architecture, interface and technical design.
- Implementation in prioritised releases.
- Functional, accessibility and security-risk testing.
- Launch, documentation and agreed maintenance.
Timeline and cost
A focused first release can take weeks, while complex integrations, permissions and migrations extend the schedule. Cost is driven by roles, workflows, integrations, data, design, security and operating requirements. See pricing for the full checklist.
Long-term responsibilities
Custom software requires maintenance as technology, security expectations and business requirements change. The proposal should therefore define source-code rights, hosting, support, data export and what happens when the engagement ends.
Should we build a mobile app instead?
Only when the usage context requires native device capabilities or an app-store distribution model. A responsive web application is often the lower-complexity starting point.
