Short answer: Threesoft uses scoped fixed proposals when the delivery can be defined. Ongoing work is used when priorities need to change. After a short conversation, we can give a realistic price range and suggest the next step.

Pricing overview

Service Typical model Main cost drivers
Analysis and planning Fixed price for a focused assessment Processes, interviews, systems and decisions
AI and automation Pilot followed by a separate production decision Data, integrations, risk and human oversight
Web application Staged fixed price or ongoing delivery Roles, workflows, integrations, design, security and hosting
Search and AI visibility Foundation project plus optional monthly work Pages, languages, technology, content and available evidence

What should a proposal contain?

  • Objectives and scope.
  • Deliverables and explicit exclusions.
  • Assumptions and customer responsibilities.
  • Schedule, decision points and payment plan.
  • Change handling.
  • Hosting, support, licences and third-party costs.

Why do we not show fixed package prices?

Because two projects with the same label can require very different work. A simple automation can be small and fast, while a business system with roles, integrations and operations needs more planning. We would rather give a clear proposal than a simple-looking price built on the wrong assumptions.

How do we get an indication?

Describe the objective, affected users, current systems, target date and known requirements. After a short discussion, Threesoft can recommend an assessment, a pilot or a more detailed proposal.
